New Mandatory Update to Cal/OSHA Required IIPP
Cal/OSHA requires every California employer to establish, implement and maintain a written Injury and Illness Prevention Program, and to maintain a copy at each workplace. The requirementsfor establishing, implementing and maintaining an effective written injury and illnes prevention program are contained in Title B of the California Code of Regulations Section 3203 (8 CCR3203) Injury and Illnes Prevention Program. Your IIPP Template Form can be found in Section I of your OSHA Review binder, wich should be filled out and customized to the policies and procedures of your dental office.
